Subscription is the most convenient way to get your pet's supplies on a regular schedule. Choose from a range of eligible products and based on your desired frequency, your products will automatically be shipped to you. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes to fit your needs. Simply choose your products, how often you want them delivered and we'll take care of the rest.

You must register or activate your Petland.ca account to access your subscription. Once you are logged in to your Petland.ca account, go to the "Manage subscription" section in your account.

On this page, you can pause, change or cancel your subscription.

Changes to an upcoming order (such adding items to the upcoming order, or pausing must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled order date. For all other modifications, please allow up to 24 hours for them to be processed.

Petland ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Orders made online after Friday at 11 AM CST will ship the following business day. When considering delivery times after an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Courier delivery times do not include the day the order has been picked up from our warehouse. You will be emailed a shipment confirmation with tracking

If you have added a "special order" item to your subscription order, it will delay when the order is shipped since we must wait for the special order item to arrive before the entire order will be shipped.

Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather and road conditions.

The first subscription order for each product will have a discount. The discount will vary between products and can be 5 - 20% off. Several of the subscription products also have a discount on the recurring orders.

Online discount codes or promotions cannot be applied to the initial subscription orders or any upcoming scheduled subscription orders. You can skip an order to take advantage of an online or in-store promotion.
