Can I use my own shampoo?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own shampoo or conditioner if you’d prefer (psst, we hand-picked the shampoo that is available but also have a large assortment in our stores available for purchase and your use).
Do we need to book ahead?
Nope. Walk-ins are welcome. Perfect for when your doggo finds a patch of mud at the park that you didn't see in time.
What if my dog sheds a lot?
Perfect. We have high quality dryers and our setup makes it easy to rinse and dry throughly. A good wash and blowout dry with brushing is the perfect way to leave the hair with us and not at your home.
How does the multi-pack work?
Pre-buy 4 washes, get the 5th free. Speak with our in-store team for full details but its that simple.
