A lamp specially designed as a basking spot lamp. The tight beam can be directed precisely on an area to create a basking site. The heat and light in the beam is increased by 35%, allowing greater distances between the bulb and the basking site. The UVA (ultraviolet A) light contributes to reptiles' physiological well-being.

• 35% increase of light and heat in the beam
• Creates a basking area for thermoregulation
• Increases ambient air temperature
• Stimulates breeding behavior through UVA rays
• Can be combined with Night Glo or Heat Glo for a 24 hours cycle
• The Exo Terra Glow Light (PT2052 / PT2054 / PT2056) is perfectly suited for the Exo Terra Incandescent Bulbs.

Available Sizes: 50 watt / 75 watt / 100 watt / 150 watt

A broad-spectrum daylight spot lamp with a Neodymium sleeve. The spectrum is ideal for plant’s photosynthesis and the UVA (ultraviolet A) light contributes to reptiles’ physiological well-being. The spot allows one to direct the heat and light in a certain direction to create basking sites in the terrarium.

• Broad-spectrum daylight spot lamp for terrariums
• Creates a basking area for thermoregulation
• Increases ambient air temperature
• Stimulates breeding behavior through UVA rays
• Can be combined with Daytime Heat Lamp or Night Heat Lamp for a 24-hour cycle

Available Sizes:  25 watt, 50 watt, 75 watt, 100 watt

The bulb emits infrared heat waves and is a typical heating lamp. The spot lamp has a special build-in reflector to direct the heat in any direction required. The red glass transmits Infrared waves produced by the special filament of the bulb.

The reddish light will not disrupt normal activity during night or day, which makes it an excellent 24 hours heat source.

• Increases the overall air temperature in the terrarium
• Provides heat, essential for activity and digestion
• Emits infrared heat waves
• Excellent 24 hours radiant heat source
• Will not disrupt normal activity cycle
• Ideal for nocturnal viewing
• Can be combined with Repti Glo or Sun Glo for a 24-hour cycle
• The Exo Terra Glow Light (PT2052 / PT2054 / PT2056) is perfectly suited for the Exo Terra Incandescent Bulbs.

Available Sizes: 75 watt / 100 watt / 150 watt

The Exo Terra Coco Husk is a 100% natural, biodegradable terrarium bedding made from sustainable, ground coconut husk fiber grown on plantations in tropical Asia. The unique hygroscopic properties of this ecological substrate regulate the terrarium's humidity in a natural way and is totally safe for frogs, salamanders and other burrowing or digging animals. Adequate air humidity levels aid in shedding and help prevent respiratory infections.

The Exo Terra Coco Husk makes an ideal bedding for terrarium set-ups for humidity-loving reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Its water retention capacity, increased soil drainage and improved aeration promote the cultivation of healthy waste-reducing organisms keeping your terrarium fresh and clean. Exo Terra Coco Husk is triple machine washed to remove any residual salt content, then machine dried and heat-treated to reduce bacterial contamination.

The Exo Terra Coco Husk can be mixed with Exo Terra Plantation Soil to create a substrate with increased air-filled porosity for specific tropical plants like orchids, bromeliads etc.... Exo Terra Coco Husk is absolutely non-toxic, free of chemicals & pesticides and can be safely composted in your garden.

• Ideal for tropical terrarium set-ups

The Exo Terra Plantation Soil is a 100% natural, biodegradable terrarium substrate made from sustainable, ground coconut husk fiber grown on plantations in tropical Asia. The unique hygroscopic properties of this ecological substrate regulate the terrarium's humidity in a natural way and is totally safe for frogs, salamanders and other burrowing or digging animals.

Adequate air humidity levels aid in shedding and help prevent respiratory infections. The Exo Terra Plantation Soil makes an ideal substrate to create natural planted terrarium set-ups for humidity-loving reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Its water retention, natural rooting hormones and anti-fungal properties promote plant growth in your terrarium. The unique coir pith used for the Exo Terra Plantation Soil consists of a mixture of short fibres and coco-peat grain sizes ranging from coarse granules to fine clumps resulting in improved soil drainage and healthy plant root aeration.

The improved aeration also promotes the cultivation of healthy waste-reducing organisms keeping your terrarium fresh and clean. Exo Terra Plantation Soil is triple machine washed to remove any residual salt content, then machine dried and heat-treated to reduce bacterial contamination. Exo Terra Plantation Soil can also be used as an incubation medium because of its hygroscopic properties.
