The PetSafe® Remote Spray Trainer is designed to help train your dog with a burst of spray. Whether you are taking an off-lead walk outdoors, or working on commands at home, this Remote Spray Trainer makes dog training easy. The collar has three training options – tone, vibration and spray stimulation—and a range up to 300 m, making this collar perfect for small hikes and public outings with your pup. At the push of a button you can send a signal to your dog’s collar. The collar includes both a citronella and an unscented spray refill cartridge, so you can determine which one works best for your dog. The recyclable and replaceable cartridges are convenient to use with no mess, and the collar is rechargeable – no batteries required. Designed to fit dogs 3.6 kg and up with necks up to 68 cm in circumference. The PetSafe® Remote Trainer will help you create more “best moments” with your pet.

Light Spray - The Remote Spray Trainer uses the same light citronella or unscented spray to correct many unwanted dog behaviour.
Tone - This training option delivers a single-volume sound to train and can be used in combination with spray or vibration.
Vibration - This training option delivers a moderate vibration to train and can also be used in combination with spray or tone.
300 Metre Range - A wide remote range gives you the flexibility to train in close quarters at home or while training at long distances.
No Batteries Required – The Remote Spray Trainer collar and remote are rechargeable, just use the included USB charger when the battery gets low; average battery life is 40 hours
Easy-to-Replace Refill Cartridges – One unscented and one citronella refill cartridge provide 35 sprays each
Low Spray and Battery Indicators – A red LED light flashes when the battery is low and a yellow LED light flashes when the spray is low

Shipping

Currently, there may be shipping delays in some areas due to inclement weather.

Petland ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). We use Canada Post, Purolator & Canpar for delivery. "Free Shipping" will usually be sent through Canpar Ground service. Canpar Ground & Purolator Ground services do not have guaranteed delivery times and the shipping times will only be estimates.

Orders made online after Friday at 11 AM CST will ship the following business day. When considering delivery times after an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Courier delivery times do not include the day the order has been picked up from our warehouse.

Orders that include "special order" items will not be shipped until the "special order" item arrives in our warehouse.

Please provide a street address if you choose "Free Shipping", Canpar or Purolator as your shipping method.

If you have a PO Box, Rural Range Road, Township Road or Site land location address, you must choose Canada Post as your shipping method.
If your address is an apartment or condo, please include the buzzer number.

Both Canpar and Purolator shipments will require a signature upon delivery unless you have requested the shipment to be left at your front door with "no signature required". ** If you do not make this request and are not home to receive your order, an attempted delivery notice will be left at your front door. The notice will indicate the depot where you can pick up your shipment.

**Please note that neither Petland nor the delivery service is liable for any lost or stolen packages if you have requested the shipment to be left at your front door.

Undeliverable packages:

Occasionally, we will have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product plus taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order had "Free Shipping" the shipping charges incurred by Petland for your order will be deducted from the total product refund amount.

We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:

Missing house number, unit number or buzzer number
Missing street name, City, or province
Incorrect Postal Code
Failed delivery attempts or the item was not picked up from the local depot within 5-10 business days.
Refused by the recipient.
